Exchange and Return Policy
At Cielle Store , we ensure that you have the best shopping experience. If you need to make an exchange or return, we are here to help! Check out the rules and guidelines:
Exchange due to Manufacturing Defect
Deadline : Requests for exchange due to manufacturing defects can be made up to 7 days after receipt.
How to Request :

- Your CPF ;
- Order number ;
- Description and photos of the defect .
Exchange Options :
- Exchange for the same product (if available);
- Refund of the amount paid ;
- Exchange for another product of similar value ;
- Credit coupon for future purchases.
After we receive the product and confirm the defect, we will contact you within 7 business days with the next instructions.
Exchange for a Product Different from the Order
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. The exchange will be made at no additional cost .
Return due to Regret
If you wish to return the product due to purchase regret, you have 7 calendar days from receipt to request the return.
How to Request :

- Please send your order number and reason for return .
Refund :
- For purchases made with a credit card , the refund will be requested from the operator within 7 business days and the final deadline for credit will depend on the card administrator.
- For purchases made with bank transfer or Pix , the refund will be made within 10 business days after analysis, to an account with the same CPF that was used on our website.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
For the exchange or return to be approved, the product must:
- Show no signs of use ;
- Have the label and seal intact ;
- To be sent with the original packaging and all accessories and gifts. If this is not possible, use a suitable packaging of your choice.
Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Important Information
- Promotions and Accessories : We do not exchange or return products purchased on promotion or accessories.
- Shipping : Cielle Store does not cover shipping for returns due to regret or exchange without defect. If the exchange is due to a shipping error or defect, shipping is free.
