Delivery time
- Estimated Time : Delivery time is 10 to 25 business days.
- Customs Delays : In cases of customs retention in Brazil, the time until customs release will not be considered in the delivery time.
- Order Tracking : The tracking code will be sent to your email between 5 and 10 business days after order confirmation.
Payments via Bank Slip
- For orders paid with bank slip , the confirmation time may take up to 5 business days due to bank clearance.
In Case of Delay
- If the estimated time passes without an update in the tracking, we recommend contacting the Post Office to check the delivery status.
- If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact our customer service team by email contato @ciellestore .com or WhatsApp (62) 98166-7809 so that we can investigate with the suppliers.
- If a logistical problem is confirmed, we will issue a full refund of your purchase as soon as the verification steps are completed.
